The Citadel @ The New Town Amphitheater

Every legend has a birthplace.  This is the birthplace of F3 in Saint Charles proper.  One cold morning a group of men planted a flag in the grass and it was never the same again.  And thank goodness for that our cars were almost never the same again as that accursed grass used to cling to every bit of your clothes.
