Ready to get swoll at the city?  Bring your sandbags, bring your coupon, bring your barbells if that’s how you want to roll.  This AO normally meets at Ollie’s Fun Forest parking lot though they will use many areas of the park.  BOLO for large men wearing ruck sacks at 5am and that’s the place.
