The Last Stop is the original area of operations in St. Charles county for F3.  It is here that the bonds that have created this region were forged.  Come sweat or freeze with us where it all began.

Monday – 5:30am-6:15am (bootcamp) (pre-ruck 5:00am)

Wednesday – 5:30am-6:15am (bootcamp) (pre-ruck 5:00am)

Saturday – 7:00am-8:00am (bootcamp) (pre-ruck 6:00am)
